The public sidewalk in front of Harbor Heights is used by residents and children to get to and from the nearby elementary school and the nearby shopping mall.

As a Huntington Beach condo specialist, I would recommend Harbor Heights Villas for buyers who want to be off the beaten path but still close to the Harbour area and the beach. You get to experience the cooler beach weather without all the hustle and bustle and tourism you encounter living closer to the water. The Villas feature 2 bed, 1 bath, ± 855 sq ft of living space and an enclosed yard or balcony. All homes are roughly the same size and bed/bath count. They do differ in layout. Upstairs living… all one level. Or, 2 story living with an upstairs/downstairs layout. In any case you will have stairs. This could eliminate some of the future buyer pool. However, there will always be demand for homes with these highly desirable amenities (RV parking, enclosed yards, garages) and proximity to the Harbour.
