Huntington Viewpoint is a relatively small non-gated community with only 79 townhomes. This planned unit development was built in 1975-1976 with attention to the outdoors. These homes are also referred to as attached single family residences. They are within a planned unit development (PUD). There is a good mix of single story and two story homes.
The community features a well maintained swimming pool, spa, tennis court, clubhouse and expansive greenbelts.
These homes were built with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath; 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. They range in size from approx 1,149 – 1,760 square feet. The homes feature an open floor plan with formal dining area, living room with fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The kitchens are spacious and open. The master suite has a private bath and walk-in closet. There are multiple private patio areas that are accessible from many rooms including the living room, dining area, and some bedrooms.

Pros and Cons
Pros – The homes that were built on the hillside of the community. These select townhomes have beautiful city light views! On clear days you can see all the way to the coast.
Cons – Many of the driveways (in front of the garages) are not big enough to park cars. You still have a 2 car garage but no room for additional parking.
