La Cuesta Tennis Club Townhomes was built in 1977 and 1978. The community consists of 56 townhome style properties with modern looking tile roofs and two car garages. However, some of the townhomes have large enough driveways to park 2 additional cars. There is a community clubhouse and a large, well-kept, lighted tennis court for residents and their guests, hence the name La Cuesta Tennis Club.
The townhomes have beautiful tree-lined greenbelts with built in barbeques for the residents to enjoy. There are sidewalks and walking trails along with a pair of stairs that lead to Lambert Park. The park has a massive greenbelt that would be great for Frisbee and running the dog. This is a pet friendly community.
The grounds are not gated but the unique layout of the cul-de-sac type streets make it very private from the outside traffic. Parking for guests is limited with designated spaces throughout the community.
These townhomes are one and two story. They have at least one attached common wall. The floor plans consist of several different variations of 3 and 4 bedrooms. There’s the 3 bedroom, 2 bath with approx 1,370 sq ft. Also, there’s the 4 bedroom, 3 bath with approx 1,700 – 1,806 sq ft.
A hard to find feature in Huntington Beach townhomes is a backyard. While this may be true it is not a problem for La Cuesta Tennis Club because they have large private backyards. Even more, interior features include soaring vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, dining rooms and spacious bedrooms.
La Cuesta Tennis Club Townhome Prices
The most recent home sale was the 3 bed, 2.5 bath with 1,806 sq ft and a 2 car garage. It is currently “pending” at $699,900. The townhome boasts newer dual pane windows and also one of the best locations in the community.

Pros – The 4 bed, 3 bath model is very popular. The sheer size and layout of this townhome is hard to find in Huntington Beach.
