Pacific Shores Townhomes Huntington Beach – Community Features
Pacific Shores is a prestigious private gated community. It was built from 2010 to 2014. So it is considered a newer community in Huntington Beach. There are over 200 Bungalows and Villas in this complex. Lush landscaping and mature trees line the community with excellent attention to detail. The streets include cobblestone accents, sidewalks and exterior lighting.
The community has a large 60′ heated swimming pool. There’s also a car wash area and a huge park with basketball court, playground and large greenbelt.
Townhomes, Condos, Bungalows and Villas Explained
The builder, Christopher Homes, has the community separated into two categories: The Bungalows at Pacific Shores and The Villas at Pacific Shores.
The Bungalows at Pacific Shores or you could also refer to them as townhomes were designed with lavish living in mind. They come in a wide variety of floor plans. This range includes 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and 2, 3.5 and 4.5 baths. The Bungalows are either 2 or 3 stories with maximum square footage up to 2,606. The 3 story have a large third floor which includes a private bedroom and bathroom as well as a 500 sq ft loft area. Some of these include peek-a-boo ocean views.
The Villas at Pacific Shores are the largest of the homes. The word “Villas” is synonymous with condos. The Villas have different floor plans and models. The largest model being the 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom with attached 3 car garage and 4,200 sq ft of living space. Many of these condos have an elevator.
With that said and for purposes of this blog page I will refer to them as townhomes.
Pacific Shores Townhome Details
The finishes are breathtaking and include fire resistant concrete and ceramic tile, granite, marble and much more! The kitchens are huge and centered around the living area layout. There are also gracious amounts of cabinetry, island and stainless steel appliances.
The master suites are elegantly appointed with a private bath including dual vanities and huge walk-in closet. The large interior laundry room includes a sink, storage cabinets and also cultured marble counter tops.
Each Pacific Shores townhome has a small private patio. Even more, with 2 and 3 car garages you will always have room for parking and storage.
Pacific Shores Townhome Prices
Two of the most recent sales in Pacific Shores Huntington Beach were as follows:
1) The Villas at Pacific Shores – 5 bed, 5.5 bath with 4,200 sq ft, upgraded end unit, premium lot with ocean views sold for $2,000,000.
2) The Bungalows at Pacific Shores – 4 bed, 3.5 bath with 2,431 sq ft, end unit with lots of upgrades sold for $1,135,500.
Pacific Shores is just 3 blocks to the beach. Also, within biking distance to the pier and downtown shops and restaurants. They are located on Noelle Drive, Huntington Beach, CA 92646.

Pros and Cons
Pros – Two of the best features are the elevator option in the Villas as well as the dual A/C units. Very few buildings in the city have air conditioning.
Cons – The lots are small so many of the homes have small patios and yards.
