Old World Village is easily the most eccentric and multi functional real estate play in the entire city. Comprising about 40 residential condo units integrated with commercial spaces (above and below), this pocket is a gold mine for business owners, artists, and creative investors who want a legitimate mixed use property. Because these are true live-work spaces, the financing will require an expert touch compared to standard FHA condos. Many of these mixed use homes/spaces have been modified over the years so they are very unique. Some of the homes are freestanding and detached while others are more traditional townhome style. They rarely hit the market, and when they do, they command a premium from buyers looking to escape traditional cookie-cutter condo living. The last sale was $950,000 back in November 2025. It was a total mixed use space of 2,024 sq ft and 2 bed, 2.5 bath. There is currently a unit for sale right now with an asking price of $975,000.
